What we collect
When you send a partnership request, we collect the information shown in the form. This may include your name, organisation, job title, work email, phone number, professional profile, budget range, your role in the decision, the event or city you are interested in, your goal, timing, and basic campaign or referral information attached to the visit.
How we use it
Capvise Group uses this information to review the request, decide whether a Capvise Global event is a good fit, contact you, send the right information and manage any resulting business conversation.
Who handles it
Partnership requests are handled by Capvise Group and the relevant people working on Capvise Global. Requests to plan or run an event for another organisation should be sent through the separate Capvise Events website.
Service providers
We may use outside service providers to receive, store, route or email enquiry information. They process the information only to provide those services to us.
Third-party event posts
When you open an event record that contains embedded posts, X may receive technical information about your visit and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. The permanent event pages also provide direct links to the original posts without loading the embed.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to assess and manage the relationship, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information where applicable. You can also choose not to submit the form and contact us directly instead.
